The house sold tonight. Got almost asking price (so thankful for that) so now begins the packing and sorting. Bring on the boxes! No really....if anyone else has boxes feel free to leave them in the carport!

wow, that was fast. did the carport post decrease the price? is that why you didn't get full asking price?
Congratulations!! Good luck with everything. I found the easiest way to move. Rubbermaids!! THey aren't too pricey then if you want you can use them to store stuff after the move. Actually, ours friends used ours when they moved, and they still have them (LOL-hehehe)
so when is moving day?
not quite sure...end of March sometime, have to check with the realtor.
moving day is the end of march. gee sorry i'll miss it. hehe. is that why they're all coming here?
