is scheduled for June 23rd! So...we need hand on this end (Mission) at about 10:30/11ish and then some more hands on the other end (Vancouver) time to be announced - I would imagine around 3pm?

The funny thing is I'm actually going to be in the area that day. I'm flying out tomorrow morning, and am in BC till the 24th. Don't know where I'll be that day, but maybe I'll write you if I'm free that day.
