The manager of the trailer park informed me today that he doesn't want renters. He can't actually enforce that b/c I never signed anything to that effect, but I have a feeling if I did get a renter, he would make my life difficult next year. So......
time to sell!
I hope it goes quickly, and I make enough to pay for school!

hope you sell soon and get what you want. If it wasn;t so far out it would be a thought for us. But with Phil working in port kells it would be one heck of a commute. We did think about it though...
